Fire-fighting booster sets - Sale & Support

 
Each Fire-fighting booster set includes all its main components and is connected and assembled in the factory in accordance with EN12845 standards. They are composed by one or more pumps and they can be driven by electric or diesel engines. 

Fire-fighting sets are generally fitted with two main service pumps, one backing up the other. A pump, called "jockey pump" is intended to maintain pressure in a fire protection piping system to an artificially high level so that the operation of a single fire sprinkler will cause a pressure drop which will be sensed by the fire pump automatic controller, causing the fire pump to start.
