Pippohydro acts as a link to convey the products under warranty from the customer to the assistance center (and viceversa). Pippohydro provides product repair and replacement service within the warranty period. For examination, repair and replacement parts please send us FAX or EMAIL. Our castomer service will calculate the shipping costs.
We are also able to provide extended warranty on our products.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
