Air feeders guarantee the maintenance of the air cushion in the pressure tank
TECHNICAL DATA

OPERATION
The correct operation of the feeder involves an aspitation of air of about 30 seconds to every starting of the pump. This optimal condition is obtained by regulating the ball valve situated on the suction pump. If in a water system the pump is fed by a pressurized pipeline, it is necessary that the pressure in the autoclave is greater of about 1,5 times of that of the pump so that the feeder works regularly.

Every time that the pump starts, a flow of water from the pressure tank toward the suction of the pump crosses the feeder and therefore the venture situated in the brass union. In such way it is created, through the suction valve, a flow of air from the outside that progressively replaces itself with the contained water in the feeder.

During the operation of the pump, as soon as water flows out out and the feeder fills itself of air, the float goes down up to close the exit avoiding that the air is introduced in the suction of the pump.

Every time that the pump stops itself, the water fills the feeder lifting the float while the air penetrates in the pressure tank. The feeder is ready to perform the following cycle.
