Pressurization with electric pump(s) and variable speed drive (VSD)
Pippohydro offers you a wide choice of speed pressurization units with electric pump(s) and inverter (also called variable frequency drive). The professional booster units branded Lowara are made following the ERP READY guidelines on energy saving.
These booster packages are used in domestic, residential, industrial and agricultural applications. In the boosting sets with electric pump(s) driven by inverter device, the inverter operates in frequency modulation and it regulates the electric pump rpm according to the real water requirement, without energy waste. With this type of system you can save from 40% to 70% of the annual energy consumption.
